Split Jerk

Split Jerks.. 105/115/115/125/135/140f/140

PRs on the 135 and 140. The PRs feel good now that I have been doing these workouts and movements for a while. Early PRs when one has never really done something before don’t feel all that impressive, just because there is no sense of where you are to begin with, but now it is feeling good.
