CrossFit is all about intensity. What is intensity? Power. P = F x d / t.
There is a nice little power output calculator at the above link. It isn’t perfect, because it is missing some fundamental movements that we do in CrossFit all the time, but it is fairly easy to manually do some computations in order to add some movement that isn’t dealt with by the calculator.
My wattage for today’s WOD came out to about 100 watts. One of our top athletes, Jeremy, produced approximately 350 watts during his workout.
