I know exactly how you feel, I’m having the same problem in London. Waist about 29″, almost no fat on legs (I was at 6% body fat ratio two month ago), so trousers/jeans at sizes below 32 are just too small, but the waist is still huge.

Unfortunately almost noone makes clothes for fit people.
