So it bothers me when people refer to rifles and pistols as “guns”. Here is a visual explanation:

@Brian: All are for both.
Also, firearms have a military utility of probably 5-10 more years at most. After that, I guess it’ll mostly be robots and robots+venom/poison. If the private citizens who figure this out first are libertarians, then perhaps a mass murdering regime can be avoided.
