Today, going to CrossFit at noon after getting home after 5am that morning was probably not a good idea. The wod was:
4 Rounds for time of:
10 Thrusters, 95/65
15 Burpees
I did 85 pounds in 13:30 — I tried to go with 95 pounds for the thrusters, as that is not anything new to me, having had a successful 10-minute-ish rx’d Fran, but My arms and lats were not having it today, so I scaled it back to 85 pounds. Only a couple hours of sleep will do that to you.
