Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Deadlift workout today. Didn’t think I’d do all that well, but I scored a big PR.

285/295/305/315pr/255/255/255

The 305 went up so much more easily than when I hit it last time, so I was fairly confident on going up. 310 or 315 was the question. I decided to go big for 315. I figure if I had done 310 I would have been too wiped to hit 315, so it was a good choice. If I didn’t make 315, I probably would have been too wiped to hit 310, but the risk paid off.

Afterwards we did a jump rope accessory workout. I debated trying to do doubles, but the first round was all screwed up because I picked out a rope that was too long, so for subsequent rounds I just did singles. I know that doesn’t follow directly, but I just figured I’d get singles. Must do more double practice. So, four rounds, 1 minute on, 1 minute off:

130/120/130/130
