Haven’t done weighted pullups in a while. Didn’t do all that well, but not badly I suppose. My 3RM is in the 60 lb range, my 1RM is in the 80lb range…

Then we did weighted lunges. First we did 3 sets of four each leg, both forward and reverse lunges. The first set was holding the dumbells farmer style, then front squat, then overhead. Overhead is really hard. I did these sets with 25 lbs.
Then we did two more sets of four each leg, forward and reverse. I did these sets 35 lbs, front squat style.
