WOD 4.23.09

Today I was not looking forward to doing last night’s push press workout. Thankfully, David had another form of abuse on the agenda for us.

7 rounds
0:15 Deadlift 225#
0:45 Rest
0:15 Box Jump
0:45 Rest

After three rounds the periods changed to 0:20/0:40

Total reps:

Deadlifts: 49
Boxjumps: 87
