Another day of Front Squats. Kind of quick on the last one, so I wasn’t really shooting for a serious PR. As expected, none was to be had, but a fairly respectable performance:
My first set at 195 I think I shorted the first rep, so I went again so I could get a legit 195. I’ve been able to get 200×2 before, but this time it wasn’t happening. My first attempt at 200 was actually a total mess, and it fell apart on the bottom, but the 2nd attempt was good. This is definitely 90% midline stability and only 10% legs.
