Death By Pullup

Today we had Death By Pullup on the agenda

With a continuously running clock, perform one pull-up the first minute, two the second, three the third and so on until you are unable to complete the prescribed number of repetitions.

I was hoping to get 17 rounds. David got 17 rounds. I figured, 17 pullups in a minute? That’s EASY. I can do that. Hahaha. I got an education tonight.

14 rounds plus 8.

Then we did deadlift/pushups. (wtf?!)

Bodyweight was rx’d. I did 150 pounds, which might be five pounds over my bodyweight. I checked the scale after the wod, which said 144 but we didn’t trust it.
