Today was a Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 day, but I had to run early, so I got in my PR for the day and left.
Started with some split jerk work and front squat warmups, 5-5-3:
45/75/95
Then hit the front squats
185/195/205pr
It helped to know that I had a schedule to keep, so I had to just hit the 205 and go.
