Today Dan and I went up to Prospect Park to get our run on. We did the CF Endurance WOD:

Goal is to use maximum effort for 2 min interval.

120:60 x 6

or 2 min on 1 minute off x 6

Total distance: 3.16km

Paces (miles)

6:49/24:05/7:05/20:58/8:16/20:14/7:08/20:08/7:28/19:29/6:24/20:00

Avg Pace: 9:09

I was really sucking wind after about a minute after the 3rd round … pretty hard workout. Seems like my strength has improved greatly in the past year during CrossFit, but my conditioning, while it has improved, has not improved quite as much. This running will be great.
