With a continuously running clock, perform one Thruster the first minute, two the second, three the third and so on until you can’t keep up with the clock.
Today a thruster ladder was on the agenda, but my shoulder has been hurting since last night for an unexplicable reason. So I ended up doing 40 lb dumbbell front squats. Still got a fairly good wod in.

Then I hit two 500m pieces on the erg. 1.52.9, 1:50.5 — I think this is my first recorded 500m so unfortunately I can’t compare. I’ve done 500m pieces before but I don’t recall having recorded my times.
