Today the WOD was a threefer tabata:
Tabata Interval the following three movements
Double Unders
Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 Pood
Box Jumps, 20″
My shoulder is still wonky so I decided to swap situps for the swings. I was going to try doubles but since my double form is still not good I realized I swing my shoulders too much when I do doubles, which would aggravate my shoulder. So I did singles instead.
Singles: 293 -> 73 (4x sub)
Situps: 115
Box Jumps: 85
Total score: 273
