Deadlifts and Ring Dips

I hate ring dips. Ring dips are hard.

27:28, rx’d, 218 pounds:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Deadlift, 1.5x BW
Ring Dips

10-1 Bodyweight Deadlift/Push-up’s big sister.
Righteous ring dips are strict ring dips.
