This morning I went to CFSBK where many people were doing last night’s WOD. Having done it already, David prescribed cleans.

I focused on form at 135, discovered that I need to get down under the bar more quickly. Occassionally my elbows were too slow, but that problem is mostly licked. Now it’s all about getting down under the bar into the squat good and fast.
