After throwing down some records at the Water Taxi Beach last night, I went over to CrossFit LIC where 5×5 thrusters and Jackie were on the agenda. My performance was quite poor, maybe I could blame the thrusters, but that would just be making excuses:
Thrusters:

Jackie:

Thruster 45# / 50 reps
Pull-ups 30 reps

My PR for Jackie is close to 9:00. I lost a good 40 seconds on the row because although I did ok hitting it hard for my hard 10 every 250, the periods of going slower were really slow, down at 2:30 rather than the 2:10 or so for my previous Jackie.
Then I was able to hit the thrusters in sets of 10, which was better than before, but I took too many rests. I think that is what killed me.
