Wall ball and box jump

WOD 2.11.10

5 Rounds for time of:
30 Box Jumps, 20″
30 Wall Ball Shots, 14

It’s clear that I’m not quite as fit as I was last year. My strength is still there, but the metcon workouts are bad news.

I haven’t actually done worse in a very measurable fashion, but it feels that way. We’ll see the next time a benchmark WOD comes up.
