500m Row
12 Dumbbell Thrusters, left arm 25
12 Dumbbell Thrusters, right arm 25
15 Pull-ups

Was trying for 25, but after the 3rd round I got a minute behind. Then in the 4th round I was about 3 minutes behind. Then I guess I caught up a little at the end.
