CrossFit South Brooklyn: Deadlift.

Overhand grip only

(135×3, 185×3, 225×3)

then sets across at 245 (246 for the last 3 sets)

Then Turkish Getups

3-3-3-1-1

12/12/12/16/20 (kg)

Then Sunday WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood
30 Double Unders

3 rounds + 10swings/2doubles
