Snatching with Cindy

Today I went to SBK at noon for the power snatch workout, as per usual:

3-3-3-3-3

all at 95 pounds

Felt pretty good, maybe should go up to 105 for the next round.

Then went back in the evening to make up yesterday’s Cindy:

“Cindy”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

17 +5/10/5

Was hoping for 20 rounds. Still pretty respectable though.
