after failing at 225 I dropped down and did two days of 5×3 and 185 and 195 this week. 205 felt pretty good. hopefully i’ll be back at 250+ soon

25 Wallball “2-fer-1s”, 20 pound ball
I subbed 150 singles for the doubles and a 14 pound ball. 19:40-something
where did my double unders go?
