Snatch Gone Bad

Spend 1 minute successively at each station. Rest 1 minute at the end of circuit. Repeat 3x. Add up total number of reps and post.

  • V-ups
  • One Arm KB Snatch Right (F – 35lb / M – 53lb)
  • Double Unders
  • One Arm KB Snatch Left (F – 35lb / M – 53lb)
  • Push Press (F – 45lb / M – 75lb)
