Today is the last day in Anguilla. Only two workouts while here, one from the CFSBK “Gymless WOD” series, and one of my own design.

First

5 pushups
10 situps

every minute on the minute, 15 minutes

Second

5 rounds
50m(?) sprint
5 burpees

didn’t time that one.
